I can't redeem my rewards
You need to order a burger to redeem your reward other than when redeeming your free burger. We are unable to redeem 2 rewards under one order, you must choose what reward you want to redeem.
You cannot use a discount and redeem a reward in one order.

Yes you can pay with your gift card when using Honest Insiders as this is a method of payment not a reward. However, you cannot use any £5 birthday vouchers from Honest when redeeming any rewards from Honest Insiders.

You can still collect stamps for your visits when you use your NHS, Student, Honest Equity or Hospitality rewards discounts however you cannot redeem any rewards from Honest Insiders and use your discount. You will need to choose whether to redeem the reward or your discount.

You must order a burger to get a stamp. You must order elligible items to redeem your reward, for example small onion rings not large when you claim your sign up reward.
