Created by our head chef Paulina, this beef burger is local to the South Bank and London Eye. Featuring a choice of Honest beef, fried chicken or double smashed topped with bacon, Appleby’s Cheshire cheese, BBQ sauce, crispy onions, ranch mayo, lettuce and pickles
We met in Brighton at university. We loved restaurants. We talked about them, worked in them, ate in them, and thought ‘we can do better than them’. So we pooled our savings and bought a marquee, a fryer and a grill. That's where it all began for Honest Burgers.

Neal's Yard Dairy is London's famous cheesemonger and they are champions of Appleby’s Cheshire cheese, especially on a burger, because it melts so beautifully.
Cheshire cheese is England’s first named cheese, appearing in the Domesday Book in the late 11th Century. Appleby’s recipe dates back to 1952 and has a deep natural orange colour and a rich taste.
