We’ve partnered with Blackwell & Co, a family-owned master butcher and curer based in the north of England.
We asked them to create a special extra-thick bacon for our bacon-iest burger ever. It starts with great British pork belly seasoned with an aromatic French-style cure before being smoked low and slow over oak and beech. It’s carefully finished on the grill with homemade maple syrup glaze for a meaty bite with a hint of sweetness.
It’s a rich and decadent burger topped with double American cheese, confit garlic Dijonnaise, white onion and pickles. The ultimate bacon cheeseburger.
