Homemade is best. We work with British, grass-fed beef prepared in our own butchery and potatoes grown just-for-us in Sussex. Our chips, fritters, relish, sauces and pickles are all made by hand, by us.

We pile tender and juicy rib meat on red leicester topped beef and stack it with crunchy shoestring fries. Then we pour The Rib Man's Holy F*** hot sauce into our homemade bacon gravy for savoury meaty deliciousness and a spicy kick.
This burger has it all. You can find Mark's legendary rib rolls on Brick Lane every Sunday and at West Ham home games.
