ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
At Honest, we want everyone to feel welcome. We are committed to creating an inclusive and accessible environment for our guests, team members, candidates and visitors. We believe everyone should be treated fairly, with dignity and respect. We comply with the Equality Act 2010 and recognise our responsibilities towards people with protected characteristics. We also recognise that people may have different accessibility needs and aim to remove or reduce barriers wherever reasonably practicable.
Access to our restaurants and services
We aim to make our restaurants and customer experience accessible to as many people as possible. This includes considering both physical and non-physical aspects of accessibility, such as:
• access to and around our restaurants
• accessible toilets where these are available at the location
• clear and accessible communication
• the way our teams interact with and support customers and making reasonable operational adjustments where appropriate
As accessibility may vary between our restaurant locations, we encourage guests to contact us before visiting if they have specific requirements. We will always do our best to accommodate individual needs where reasonably practicable.
Reasonable adjustments
We will consider reasonable adjustments to help customers access our restaurants and services. These may include physical measures, such as step-free access or accessible toilets, or operational adjustments, such as flexible service options or queue management.
We will consider requests individually and make reasonable adjustments where reasonably practicable, taking into account the circumstances and the adjustment required. If we are unable to provide a particular adjustment, we will aim to discuss alternative ways we can support you.
Asking for accessibility support
If you have an accessibility requirement or would like to discuss how we can support you, please contact us at [email protected] before visiting.
You can also speak to a member of the restaurant team when you arrive. Our team will listen to your needs and, where possible, work with you to provide appropriate support.
Our Teams
We expect all our teams to treat customers with dignity, respect and fairness. Our employees receive appropriate training, including Integrity and Dignity training, to help them understand equality, inclusion and how to appropriately support and interact with customers with different needs and disabilities. We do not tolerate discriminatory behaviour towards customers or team members and expect concerns about accessibility, equality or discrimination to be taken seriously and addressed appropriately.
Accessibility is an ongoing journey, and we are committed to continually reviewing and improving how we support our guests, team members, candidates and visitors.
