This is our love letter to our favourite restaurant in Kingston, the institution that is Poor Boys - only a 2 minute walk from us.
When we first moved to the area we basically tried and loved their whole menu. But we were particularly fixated on their jalapeño poppers. This burger is basically a deconstructed jalapeño popper burger with all the fixins!
