A short 10 minute walk from Honest Burgers Wimbledon is the Local Cheese Cave, a local cheesemonger we've partnered with for this local burger.
Natalie at the Local Cheese Cave has been championing the best independent cheesemakers in the heard of South Wimbledon since 2021. The Local Cheese Cave began as a stall at Love Wimbledon Market before launch as a cheese and wine bar in 2024.
We're using their Ogleshield cheese in this burger, a superior burger cheese selected by Local Cheese Cave for it's gooey, raclette-style melt and a rich savoury funk that complements good beef.
It's paired with an Honest original, chipotle jam, sweet, smoky and spicy. A modern cheese accompaniment.
