From day one, we wanted to make the best British burgers on any menu, anywhere. So we spent a long time getting to know the best butchers. And now we're butchers too...
Our friends at Godminster are the award-winning organic cheesemongers located in the heart of Somerset. We found it hard to choose our favourite organic cheddar, so we created a medley of three: Vintage Bruton Beauty, Oak-smoked Cheyney's Fortune and Mature with black pepper.
We've paid it alongside a sweet chipotle jam, and upgrade on our confit garlic mayo to include chives, and topped with tomato, rocket and pickles.
This is a celebration of the ultimate English burger. Using fresh British produce and amazing cheddar cheese. You can choose to have this burger your way with either beef, fried chicken or our vegetarian fritter.
