Our Baker St local burger is a beef burger with pancetta, Emmental Francais Grand Cru cheese, caramelised onions, shoestring fries, garlic mayo, tomato, rocket and pickles with your choice of beef, double smashed or fried chicken.
Each of our restaurants have their own local burgers, using local ingredients, in collaboration with local businesses or Head Chef creations.

Our Baker St team wanted to create a new local burger so they headed out to their local cheese shop La Fromagerie in Marylebone, which started out when founder Patricia sold cheese from her garden shed.
The team picked an Emmental Grand Cru, made from milk which is rich from mountain cows grazing all summer. It has a sweet and sour taste, and is a great melter – making it perfect on a burger.
