Collab with UnBarred Brewery with candied bacon, double American cheese, Joosy beer-braised onions, burger sauce, mustard, onion and pickles with beef, double smashed or fried chicken.
Homemade is best. We work with British, grass-fed beef prepared in our own butchery and potatoes grown just-for-us in Sussex. Our chips, fritters, relish, sauces and pickles are all made by hand, by us.

We’ve created a brand-new burger just for Brighton, inspired by our favourite local beer, Joosy by UnBarred Brewery. Joosy is a hazy pale ale packed with American hops to make it refreshing and highly crushable. The UnBarred taproom (20 mins walk north of us) is always worth a visit for some brewery fresh beer.
Our Joosy beer-brasied onions are cooked slow and low with butter until they’re nice and caramelised. We rehydrate with lots of Joosy pale ale for a rich and biscuity flavour.
