We knew that with great British produce, we could make the best burgers we’d tasted – anywhere. We use British cheese, British veg and British relish. We’re homegrown and homemade – we always have been and we always will be.

Founder David has put his 20 years as a chef to good use, turning his love of all things saucy into a successful business. His European-leaning creations – like My Wave piri-piri – are delicious marinades for meat as much as they are condiments.
'My Wave' piri-piri sauce is David’s favourite all-rounder. It's made with fermented red peppers for a tangy, smoky flavour that’s not too spicy.
