Find your localWe met in Brighton at university. We loved restaurants. We talked about them, worked in them, ate in them, and thought ‘we can do better than them’. So we pooled our savings and bought a marquee, a fryer and a grill. That's where it all began for Honest Burgers.
Each of our restaurants have their own local burgers, using local ingredients, in collaboration with local businesses or Head Chef creations.
If you order an Honest burger – any burger – it comes with rosemary salted chips or seasonal coleslaw or dressed green salad.
We’re a best of British kind of place. Our beef patties are homemade by us and our potatoes are from a fifth generation potato farmer in West Sussex.
We love working with small, independent producers and often create local specials that reflect our neighbourhoods. All of our restaurants serve at least one beer from a nearby brewery.
