We season our chips as soon as we fry them. You can hear them hiss as we add the salt. The heat from the chips cooks the lemon and rosemary and the smell hits you as they reach the table.

This is our burger ode to one of America’s greatest inventions: pimento cheese. Homewrecker founder Jane was born and raised in the Deep South but today she calls the UK her home and is converting us Brits to pimento cheese one by one.
Pimento cheese is a staple of the American Deep South: a hearty blend of cheddar cheese, soft cream cheese, mayo and chopped piquant red peppers.
Homewrecker is the first brand to launch pimento cheese in the UK and founder Jane has been working tirelessly to make us Brits see the light. After you’ve tried it on our burger you can do it like they do in Savannah, Georgia in a white bread sandwich or as a dip with crackers.
