Our Manchester local burger is a burger with smoked bacon, cheddar, Honey Rum BBQ Sauce, shoestring fries, yellow pepper mayo, tomato, lettuce and onion with Honest beef, fried chicken or double smashed.
It’s been 15 years now and we like to think we’ve gotten pretty good at burgers and chips. We’re all about top quality beef, the best potatoes and good times. Don’t just take our word for it though, we’ll let our food and people do the talking. After all, we’re Just Being Honest…

Our signature BBQ sauce is fortified with Salford Honey Rum, which is made locally using real Salford honey from Bee Corner. It’s sweet and smooth with a little boozy kick.
Our yellow pepper mayo is a mild and fruity scotch bonnet mustard mayo. It provides just enough savoury warmth to balance the honey rum BBQ sauce.
